*Promotional offer is available with the establishment of a new payment processing account by new or existing Midland customers. Offer may not be combined with any other Merchant Services promotions or incentives. No multi-year commitment required. To qualify, you must:
Open and be approved for a new Midland States Bank Merchant Account by June 30, 2025.
New merchant account must be actively accepting and settling card payments by July 31, 2025.
Deposit your merchant processing funds into an eligible Midland States Bank business checking account.
Keep the approved account in an open status and be actively accepting and settling card payments at the time the statement credit is issued.
Eligible customers will receive a $50 monthly DDA statement credit for up to six (6) months, totaling a maximum of $300. The promotional credit is based on total account fees and charges billed during the initial six (6) months following new account opening, excluding equipment, chargebacks, and adjustments for each respective month.
For example, a new merchant account opened and approved on April 15, 2025, will begin qualifying for credits after successfully onboarding and settling card payments. The credit will appear on the next DDA statement. i.e. If the first payment was posted in May, the last credit would be posted in October. If the merchant account closes or if the merchant proceeds transition to another bank or account, the credits will terminate at that time.
