Eloisa serves as Senior Trust Officer for Midland Trust Company in our New York office. She works closely with clients, their families, and advisors to navigate the complexities of trust and estate matters, particularly focusing on Supplemental Needs Trusts and guardianship administration.

With over two decades in the legal field, Eloisa has a strong background in Surrogate Court petitions, guardianships, and settlement-related trusts. Prior to joining Midland, she was an attorney at a New York law firm, where she managed the Infant’s Compromise Department and handled a wide range of fiduciary matters. Her experience includes preparing settlement trusts, collaborating with structured settlement brokers, and negotiating medical liens on behalf of her clients.
