Midland’s Advanced Study for Talent Enrichment and Resource Training (MASTERS) program develops the company's future leaders. To date, 68% of participants have been women or minority employees.

Additionally in April 2020, Midland established the Diversity & Inclusion Council. This council, now known as the Council of Belonging, continues to actively contribute to Midland's culture, reinforcing our commitment to diversity and inclusion for all employees.
